Times Newspapers has struck a sponsorship deal with the Scottish Rugby Union which will run across the publishing group’s array of national titles.

The two-year deal, which incorporates next year’s World Cup, will see The Times, Sunday Times Scotland and Times Online all act as official sponsors of Scottish Rugby. 

Times Newspapers’ readers will be treated to exclusive player interviews, photos and reader promotions, such as ticket give-aways, throughout the season. In addition, at the Scottish national rugby stadium Murrayfield, fans will have access to free copies of The Times or Sunday Times Scotland on match days.

The new relationship with Scottish Rugby complements an existing portfolio of partnerships which include England and Premier Rugby, the Professional Rugby Players' Association and the Heineken Cup, alongside leading columnist Scotland and Sale Sharks back-row forward Jason White and sports journalists Stephen Jones and Stuart Barnes.
