BABA revamps to attract 2012 sponsors- 8 Jun 2010 00:00:00
The British Amateur Boxing Association (BABA) has re-vamped its sponsorship arrangements to provide brands with an opportunity to build links with the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
BABA has developed a series of packages and aims to recruit a title team sponsor for GB Boxing and four specialist partners.
Adidas has already signed an agreement to supply kit and equipment and is in the process of hiring a commercial director to manage its relationships with sponsors.
The packages cover different facets of the GB Boxing team and provide sponsors with access to the men and women’s Podium Squads, BABA’s calendar of events, its training facility a series of grassroots initiatives run by the home nations.
The packages include Team GB Boxing title sponsor, women’s team partner, community sport partner, travel partner and power partner.
