Adidas and fitness platform Peloton have announced that they will come together to form a new partnership, without releasing details of the tie-in.
In a mysterious announcement, the German sportswear giant confirmed the partnership and hinted at future collaborations which will ‘surprise and delight’ fans of both brands.
Peloton has grown throughout the pandemic, with gyms shut and at-home exercise becoming more widespread. The brand recently launched a new treadmill product and online workout classes, broadening its offering from its original stationary bike range, and now counts some 3 million subscribers.
“I’m proud to announce our partnership with Peloton, the leading interactive fitness platform,” said Aimee Arana, General Manager, Global Training, Adidas.
“Together we see great potential to surprise and delight our highly engaged communities by multiplying the power of both brands in a number of exciting ways.”
“Our shared values around well-being, inclusivity, and community provide an incredible foundation and we look forward to bringing these brands together.”
