The BBC has unveiled a new Premier League related TV show to add to its sport output.
MOTDx, a new programme looking specifically at lifestyle stories in the Premier League, will explore the world of music, fashion, culture and how it relates to football.
To be broadcast on the iPlayer and on BBC Two, MOTDx will be hosted by Jermaine Jenas and feature Chelcee Grimes, Reece Parkinson and Craig Mitch.
The first episode will air on Thursday 12th September and will see Chelcee Grimes joined by stylist and art director Jay Hines to rate the Premier League’s kits for the current campaign, while Craig Mitch chats to Sheffield United’s Billy Sharp and Reece Parkinson asks Declan Rice about the music he’s listening to.
The new offering appeals to a growing desire for lifestyle content in football among younger audiences.
