Beyond Sport’s dynamic new Workshop Week experience, for which Sport Industry Group is a content partner, has revealed the initial themes, session types, experts and audiences - with more still to be announced soon.
Built to place the sport sector and industry leaders at its core, the four day virtual experience – taking place between 15th and 18th June – will address the personal and professional challenges the sport for social change industry faces now, and will provide inspiration, insight and the opportunity to work with experts on how to overcome them to thrive on the other side.
Throughout the experience there will be a range of interactive content, including best practice case studies, live Q&As, breakout sessions, engaging workshops and networking opportunities – all conducted in a dynamic virtual space.
Already confirmed for Workshop Week are the likes of Olympic Gold medallists Michael Johnson and Helen Richardson-Walsh; brands including Procter & Gamble, SAP and IBM; sport industry leaders from One Championship, the 49ers Foundation and WWE; and social change policy makers and activists such as the UNDP, Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation, and UN Patron of the Oceans Lewis Pugh.
Sessions, meanwhile, are divided up into ‘Individual Improvement’, ‘Organisational Development’, ‘Industry Solutions’ and ‘Social Impact’ tracks, ensuring that every attendee is able to access the exact insight they need to persevere and excel.
Meanwhile, special focus sessions will look at leveraging sport to address mental health and STEM, Beyond Soccer and attendees will have the chance to take part in wellness activities and fun virtual happy hours with special guest hosts and speakers.
