Birmingham 2022 has announced law firm Gowling WLG as its first official sponsor.
The international law firm will serve as Official Legal Advisors for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, which will take place between 27th July and 7th August, and will work with the Games organisers on a range of topics, including “brand protection, corporate governance, procurement, disputes and risk management and general commercial matters."
Based in Gowling WLG’s Birmingham office, the team from the multi-disciplinary law firm will work alongside Birmingham 2022’s Chief Legal Officer Caroline McGrory.
