PepsiCo has signed a new multi-year deal with Ryder Cup Europe in a deal which will see the brand expand its golf reach.
The agreement will see the company named Worldwide Supplier to the competition until 2025, and will become the Official Soft Drink, Official Iced Tea, and Official Sports Drink of the tournament, serving Pepsi, Lipton Iced Teas, Gatorade respectively.
In a separate deal, the company extended its longstanding partnership with the PGA of America, which has been running since 1993.
The company’s Aquafina brand will become the Official Bottled Water of the Ryder Cup in the United States, and will see the brand’s low calorie and no sugar options expanded to the Ryder Cup.
PepsiCo is already the Official Soft Drink, Official Iced Tea, and Official Sports Drink provider of the PGA of America, PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.

According to the trio, the PGA of America, Ryder Cup Europe and PepsiCo will work together to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives from new hydration options, including the introduction of Aquafina in cans.
