Premiership Rugby Champion Saracens has announced the appointment of M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment to a new strategic marketing brief on the eve of the new Gallagher Premiership season.
The agency will work with Saracens to develop a new framework for all commercial partners, aligning the club’s on- and off-field assets. It will also be tasked with shaping a compelling Saracens brand story.
Commenting on the new relationship with M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Tim Hunt, CEO of Premier Team Promotions Ltd, the joint venture now overseeing Saracens’ commercial operations, said: “Saracens has an incredible story that has not yet fully been told.
"We have a unique breadth of assets from the new Saracens High School, our Global network of clubs in nine countries and of course, our highly successful men’s and women’s teams.
“Perhaps more excitingly though, are the plans we have for the future development of the Saracens brand and we are excited to be working with the team at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment to help tell this story.”
