Scottish Premiership club Hibernian FC has announced a new partnership with internet security provider NordVPN.

NordVPN, which has more than 14 million users worldwide, will benefit from a wide range of digital and social platform rights, while Hibernian supporters will be offered special offers and discounts through the partnership.

DAZN Group has reshuffled its management structure by confirming Shay Segev as the sports media company’s sole Chief Executive.

The top position had previously been split between Segev and James Rushton, who will continue to have responsibility for overseeing growth in local markets, as well as rights and content.

Darren Waterman, previously International Finance Director at Amazon Prime Video, has also been recruited as the new Group Chief Financial Officer, and will be based in London.

British Canoeing has secured a new commercial partnership with ERDINGER Alkoholfrei, the non-alcoholic wheat beer brand.

As part of the three-year deal, the brand will serve as an official partner of two major International Canoe Federation (ICF) events that will be hosted by British Canoeing – the ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships in July 2022 and the ICF World Slalom Championships in September 2023.

Brentford has reported a loss before tax of £8.5m for the 2020-21 financial year, covering the season of its historic promotion to the Premier League.

The club posted record turnover of £15.3m – up from £13.9m in the previous year – despite a sharp decrease in matchday income due to pandemic-related restrictions. The net negative financial impact of Covid-19 on the year was approximately £2.8m, up from £1.8m the previous year.
