Social media platform TikTok has been announced as a global partner of UEFA Women’s EURO 2022

According to a statement, the new partnership 'aims to champion this summer’s most-anticipated football competition and make it even more visible to a global audience.'

Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA marketing director, said, “We are thrilled to once again partner with TikTok, this time for the biggest UEFA Women’s EURO ever. With the TikTok football community ever-growing with teams, fans, creators and associations, we are looking forward to showcasing this summer’s premiere sporting event featuring some of the greatest women’s footballers in the world through unique, creative and engaging content. It’s an exciting time to be a football fan.”

England will host the upcoming tournament, which takes place from 6th to 31st July, with the final played at Wembley Stadium in London.

DAZN has secured the global broadcast rights to the eSkootr (eSC) Championship.

The new agreement will see the sports streaming company broadcast all six events of the upcoming electric scooter racing series to 200+ countries and territories.

The first race of the inagural eSC season takes place at Printworks London on 13th and 14th May. 

Global sailing racing series SailGP has announced the appointment of Melissa Lawton as its new Chief Content Officer. 

Season 3 of the championship begins 14th May at the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix.

The BBC has signed a new multi-year broadcast deal for coverage of the World Triathlon Championship Series in the UK.

Under terms of the three-year agreement with the British Triathlon Federation, the BBC will broadcast the upcoming World Triathlon Championship Series event in Leeds on linear channels while all other races wil receive coverage via digital platforms. 

Aberdeen FC has announced that tubular pipe products company RAM Tubulars has become the official supporter of the Scottish Premiership football club's youth team.
