Sports, media and entertainment technology community Sports Loft has today announced the appointment of Andy Selby as Head of Strategy.
Sports Loft works with the management teams of the most exciting tech companies across sports, media and entertainment to grow their businesses - providing in-depth support across business development, fundraising, marketing, talent, strategy and insight.
Selby will be responsible for helping expand the Sports Loft community and developing the firm's operations. The University of Oxford graduate brings strong industry experience as a former Senior Manager in City Football Group's Strategy & Ventures team where he led workstreams in early stage investing and development of new digital products. Andy also spent time as a founding member of the investment team at Silicon Valley venture capital fund Sapphire Sport, where he led diligence for numerous investments including Sports Loft member FEVO.
