SRM Sport & Entertainment and StarWing Sports have agreed a strategic partnership that is designed to accelerate the commercial growth of both companies.
StarWing is a tennis talent agency whose client list includes the likes of Chris Evert, Stan Wawrinka, Jo Konta, Kyle Edmund and Gaël Monfils, as well as some of the sport’s most exciting rising stars.
SRM, led by founders Judith Griggs and Charles Garland, alongside CEO Mark Brittain, works with international rights holders across sport, music, television, exhibitions and the arts, as well as with investors and founders of businesses looking to scale across the industry. The firm received investment from 23 Capital earlier this year.
The two companies said their collective expertise, experience, and clients across Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, will boost StarWing’s existing family of clients as well as develop new commercial opportunities for both firms.
Lawrence Frankopan (right of picture), CEO of StarWing Sports, said: “This collaboration will be particularly beneficial due to the clear synergies between both companies and the shared vision of what we can create together.”
Brittain (left of picture) added: “We have been following the progress of StarWing and particularly, Lawrence, for a while, and have consistently been impressed by the way StarWing has disrupted the tennis sector, and how the company continues to deliver on behalf of its clients.
“Through this partnership SRM will be able to add even greater depth to StarWing’s ability to unlock commercial value off court for its athletes, whilst also working with Lawrence’s commercial vision on behalf of our partners.”
