Two Circles, the newly crowned BT Sport Industry Awards Agency of the Year, has launched the Two Circles Academy – a programme designed to find and nurture entrepreneurial, sports-mad people.
In the Two Circles Academy, new recruits are introduced to the sport business world and data-driven marketing through an on-boarding programme comprised of workshops and applied learning, and by working directly with some of sports organisations around the world.
The first recruitment phase for the Academy has just opened, and will welcome recent graduates.
Gareth Balch, chief executive of Two Circles, said: “Since the very beginning, our company has been built on learning and development – the Two Circles Academy, therefore, is not a typical graduate training scheme. Like everyone in the company, our recruits will learn, grow and progress in a never-ending cycle of development. That means there’s no ‘completing’ or ‘graduating’ from the Academy.
“So if you’re reading this and you’re mad about sport, able to flex the right and left side of your brain and are looking for a career where you’ll never stop learning, please sign up. Equally, if you know anyone who you think is cast in the Two Circles mould, please let them know about the Two Circles Academy.”
Recruits in the first Academy intake will start in September 2017 and will be based out of the Two Circles headquarters in Central London. More details, and a link to the application page, can be found here. Applications for the current recruitment phase close in mid-June.
