Since an early age, Connagh’s passion for Motorsport has been in evidence and it therefore seemed only logical that he would study Motorsport Management at Bucks New University, where he qualified with a 1st class degree. Since then, he moved to work in measurement & evaluation research within Motorsport at Nielsen Sports (formerly known as IFM-SMS, and then Repucom), before recently becoming Senior Director, Strategy & Insights at CSM Sport & Entertainment.
Connagh is now considered an expert adviser and strategist with a holistic commercial knowledge of sports marketing research within the Motorsport industry. He has experience in leading teams who are responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery for many motorsport clients and their research projects. The spectrum of clients varies from rights holders (such as governing bodies, circuits, and series), brands, agencies, and teams; with most of the deliveries revolving around work for all the current F1 teams and F1 management.
