Jess McFadyen is the Director of Digital Strategy at the Motorsport Network, the world’s largest global media publisher in the motorsport industry.

Her career achievements include leading WTF1 from outsider brand to the standard bearer for all motorsport related social content, which has led to opportunities including speaking on FIA panels on the importance of social media in motorsport.

Now she's in charge of revolutionising the Motorsport Network’s digital output, operating across over 30 brands (and their associated channels) in 15 languages, to bring fans closer to one of the world's most inaccessible sports.
