Miles Lowry is part of Formula 1’s Strategy & Business Development team, responsible for determining and implementing the long-, medium- and short-term strategic direction of the sport. Miles has a broad range of experience, supporting both the commercial and motorsport sides of the business - whilst assessing new business opportunities.
Since joining in November 2017, Miles has helped to launch the company’s inaugural corporate strategy, sustainability strategy and diversity and inclusion strategy. In addition, Miles has been involved in revising the race weekend format, determining the company’s approach in key strategic markets, assessing prospective race locations and defining the strategy to attract the next generation of fans.
Prior to joining Formula 1, Miles spent two years at Manchester United where he worked across both commercial and football strategy. After studying Economics at the University of Cambridge, Miles worked in investment banking for Bank of America.
