Tom Grindell worked as a management consultant before moving into the sports industry in 2019, where he now works for sports social and sponsorship agency Fifty Digital as their Client Operations Manager.

At Fifty Digital, Tom has taken on all aspects of Fifty Digital's operations - including leading on strategic planning, financial management, client budgeting and culture initiatives. Tom is involved all across the agency and is passionate about creating a great working environment and high performance culture.
