James bestows a gravitas beyond his years that allows him to operate in his senior position, directly advising the Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of Arsenal Football Club. Responsible for setting the club’s commercial objectives, James works with each club department to ensure these objectives are met. One of his significant accomplishments includes the 2014 internalisation plan that saw James lead a team of 30 to focus on the Indonesian market ultimately resulting in two new commercial partners bringing a combined revenue of approximately £2 million.
