A highly intelligent individual, Tyler combines his professional experience with an impressive academic rigour which allows him to lead The Grassroots Project which uses sports to educate at-risk youths in the community about HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. This is just the beginning for Tyler who has laid the ideal foundations to continue his mission of engineering a sport industry that values athletes holistically and that models positive lessons for its spectators.
