Marketing Director EMEA, UFC

After graduating from De Montfort University in 2008, Scott began his career with the global sports broadcaster ESPN. He spent five years learning his trade in the marketing team with a focus on brand development and fan engagement strategies. After a number of roles at ESPN, Scott moved to the NBA in 2013 to build out the marketing function, as he was appointed the first marketing hire in the EMEA region. Following a two and a half year period with the league, Scott joined the UFC to head up their Marketing and digital efforts across EMEA in December 2015. 

Scott is known as specialist in demand creation and brand strategy with a focus on millennial audiences. He has built his career on delivering audience growth and high level fan engagement to drive revenue/commercial opportunities.
