Fiona Morgan is a dynamic, creative and inspiring leader with nearly 20 years’ experience advising and shaping some of the world’s most high-profile sports brands, media organisations, talent and social impact campaigns.
At SailGP she serves as Director of Purpose & Impact to drive the global league’s forward-thinking purpose agenda internally and externally and deliver real value for everyone from staff, fans, host cities and partners.
She was the driving force behind Sky’s Group-wide corporate and social purpose consumer division, The Bigger Picture, which delivers best-in-class social impact and deliver reputation and brand benefit. She was the lead campaigner for all consumer behaviour change activations and led on Sky Ocean Rescue and Sky Cares – Sky’s staff and community engagement programme with over 50 charity partners. In her role, she was responsible for overseeing all brand, marketing, communications and partnerships.
Previously Morgan was Head of Brand for Sky Cycling and Team Sky. She was responsible for Sky's overall investment in the sport ensuring maximum return to the business and achieving Sky’s goal to get over 1.6M more people cycling regularly and inspiring the nation to get back on their bikes.
