CEO of Meshh / Co Owner of 12 Rounds Boxing
A 25-year veteran of the digital and data industries Caroline’s career has spanned the entrepreneurial and the corporate in both technology and agency roles. An early entrant into digital in 1997 she rose through the ranks of Real Meda and Carat Interactive before setting up the first of her own businesses. Selling the digital media agency, she founded to the Wheel / Oyster amalgamation it was part of the inception of LBI. LBI went on to become one of the globe's largest digital agencies prior to its sale to Publicis in 2012. Caroline led the European arm of the business and post integration took 18 months sabbatical before revisiting her entrepreneurial roots.
She now applies the data centric lessons learnt in the digital world to the live event landscape with a particular focus on sand entertainment. Meshh is the global leader in Wi-Fi analytics for fan behaviour. With longstanding clients like Formula 1 and Live Nation, along with many agency and brand partners, the Meshh platform plays a role in commercial, partnership and operational KPIs for the world's largest events.
During her sabbatical she took up boxing and loved it so much she opened a gym and she credits hitting things with keeping her sane!
