Beth Tweddle has renewed her partnership with British Gymnastics for Total Gymnastics.
Tweddle’s Total Gymnastics venture has been an official British Gymnastics delivery partner since May 2017 and in 2018, this partnership will develop to include new and tailored coach education courses, in-depth support on inclusive delivery and heightened brand awareness.
Total Gymnastics delivers gymnastics in numerous locations across the North West with over 3000 children currently doing gymnastics after school. To date they have worked with over 150 schools during curriculum time.
Beth Tweddle has been announced by the British Gymnastics Foundation as the ambassador for their Hardship Grants programme.
The programme provides financial assistance to British Gymnastics members to help them continue participating in gymnastics when they are going through financial hardship.
Since April 2016, the Foundation has awarded over £29,000 of grants, benefitting 80 British Gymnastics Members.
Beth said: "Nobody deserves to miss out on the sport that they love because of a financial hardship or time of crisis in their lives!
British Gymnastics has appointed Run Communications to help drive ticket sales to its World Cup event at The Arena, Birmingham in March 2018.
Run worked on the London 2017 World Athletics Championships ticket campaign this summer, plus a range of other major events for British Athletics across the UK including the Müller Indoor Grand Prix at the Birmingham indoor venue.
The agency will provide additional national media coverage, regional creative PR and social strategy to British Gymnastics as the sport works to stage an outstanding, world-class event in 2018.
British Gymnastics has announced a new sponsorship agreement with independent leotard company, Quatro Gymnastics.
The sponsorship, which comes into effect on 1st January 2017, positions Quatro as the official leotard supplier for gymnasts when they compete for British Gymnastics, representing Great Britain.
Quatro launched in 2011 when its founder, a former British international gymnast, identified an opportunity to develop a brand that through a combination of comfort, durability and style would help gymnasts to excel when training and performing.
Boots UK is partnering with British Gymnastics, who won Governing Body of the Year at the BT Sport Industry Awards 2016, to launch its new Jump for Pudsey campaign to help inspire the nation to get more active and support disadvantaged children across the UK.
Boots UK is challenging children and their families to do one million jumps for Pudsey; turning jumps into pounds to raise money for BBC Children in Need.
