England Rugby and Virgin Active have launched ‘Fit for Rugby’, a new rugby inspired fitness programme and online training hub as part of their new partnership.
The training plans have been created by England Rugby’s strength and conditioning coaches in conjunction with Virgin Active, and brought to life on a new online training hub, featuring England Rugby’s men’s and women’s players.
The Rugby Football Union (RFU) has announced a new long-term partnership with Virgin Active, which becomes England Rugby’s official fitness partner.
The three-year agreement will see Virgin Active and the RFU collaborate to bring a digital fitness programme and new gym fitness classes inspired by rugby to the public. These will be launched in the new year.
Virgin Active will also create discounted membership offers exclusive to all RFU affiliated clubs and registered players.
Health club operator Virgin Active has launched its first global marketing campaign seeking to help the public to ‘Go There’ in 2017.
The campaign features real life imagery with fun animations overlaid to show how great exercise can make you feel.
The ‘Go There’ campaign, running across ten countries and four continents, aims to bring to life the way that exercise makes people feel, even though it can sometimes be tough. The new campaign also features an unreleased track from Tiggs da Author.
