British beer brand Carling saw its major advertising campaign, Made Local, return to TV screens during both the Guinness Six Nations match on ITV 1 between England and Ireland at Twickenham and Sky Sports’ Super Sunday match between Arsenal and Everton.

The campaign continues to champion those people positively impacting their local communities, while the brand says this reflects Carling’s own relationship with Burton-on-Trent.

Two different spots ran on TV, with one telling the story of Carling’s brewers in Burton, and the other of a local LGBTQ+ Sunday League football team in Wolverhampton.

The latter evokes the community spirit and creative endeavor of Black Country Fusion FC, a local team who were supported by Carling’s ‘Made Local Fund’ - a multi-million-pound investment into community projects up and down the country.
