'proposes' post-lockdown getaway in UEFA Champions League ad

Ahead of the return legs of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, Official Partner, has launched a new Octagon-created commercial to encourage fans to plan their dream football trip away.

The TV spot, which was produced by the creative agency’s sister production agency Milkmoney, inspires fans to dream up their perfect away day experience, for when foreign travel can resume again. 

A continuation of’s existing Champions League platform ‘Away Goals’, the commercial evokes the sense of cabin fever many have felt, having been forced to spend all day every day with a partner because of lockdown.

Localised versions of the TVC will go live across UK, France and Sweden throughout the month of April and through to the end of the UEFA Champions League season, which culminates with the Final in Istanbul on 29th May.
